Course Description

The purpose of my online Lash Lift and Tint Masterclass is to show those that are still struggling with their lash lift and tint service how I perform this service to get AMAZING results.

I figured out a way to do the service more efficiently than I had been taught and I was taught by one of the best brands in the business.  I became one of their trainers and performed the service with amazing results most of the time.

But I wanted to nail my lash lifts and tints 100% of the time no matter the lash length or the eye shape.  I wanted to take the sting out of lash tinting.  I wanted to sell the benefits of using the aftercare product with no pushback from the client. I wanted the entire service to be a great experience for me and the client.

Through trial and error, I perfected my technique and I want to share that with you today.  Please note that my technique is product neutral and not brand specific.  In other words, the products and the brand that I use today could change tomorrow but my technique will always remain the same.

I'm going to demonstrate and tell you in detail:

1) How I manage my clients' expectations by properly preparing them before, during and after the service

2) How I prevent the inner and outer lashes from over-curling

3) How I take the sting out of lash tinting without using a barrier cream, cotton rounds or a kidney dish

4) How I sell the benefits of the aftercare product 100% of the time

Monique Powers has been in the beauty industry for over 25 years. She began as a freelance makeup artist then she obtained her esthetician license so she could facilitate makeup lessons for the American Cancer Society's "Look Good, Feel Better" program. Her love for teaching blossomed from there.
